We do not offer refunds for art prints or framed prints at this time. However, if you receive an item with a quality issue (e.g. damage from shipping), please reach out via our contact form. We will ensure that you receive a replacement at no cost.
We offer refunds for all other items within the first 14 days of you receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for refunds
Your item is not an art print or framed print.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How to request a refund

We would appreciate if you let us know the reason for your return. This will help us ensure the quality of future products. Thank you!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
If you are approved for a refund, we will process it within 5 business days. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 10 business days to show on your account.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your credit card company if 10 business days have passed and you do not see your refund.
